So my piece was hard to get from just looking at it. This was my intent from it. The vagina on the wall was to represent that we are all from the same place. It has two umbilical cord coming from it twisting around each other to represent they are going done the same path. Eventually they spilt the moment difference is recognized and each umbilical cord leads to it's respected bear. The umbilical cord also representing a mother's love is hugging the bear with the normal umbilical cord keeping it safe. While the bear with colorful umbilical is being chocked by it's umbilical cord showing that's a mother's love which is sometimes suppose to keep you safe, ended up hurting him for being gay.
