Photos of Dotties.

As of most of the pictures in this set, these shakers were in the cafeteria and i liked the
way the dots on top of them looked.
I turned behind me and saw that the chairs also had dots of them....lots of dots.
This is speakers at my friends apartment. I just really liked
the way the three dots looked.
Even when i came back to my dorm, my T.V had dots going on.
Below is a picture of my pizza at the cafeteria. Even the pepperonis seem to be making dots.

And i called her Dotty.

This is a picture of my top 15. Which my group critiqued some them where not clear on the idea i was trying to convey. There were others that had spacing issues, and some the placement was off not giving the idea i wanted to show. Soon it was narrowed down to what they felt was my top three.
This is what my group felt where my top three dots. First showing Proximity, then similarity, and finally continuous.

I however did not agree with their choice of proximity. I felt this piece was much more creative and stilled conveyed the message without giving mixed signals.

Dots dots dots....that's what this week is going to be all about. This are my sketches which will soon be narrowed down. (The 1 set of ten is my proximity. The 2nd set is similarity. The last set is representing my continuous.) My group critiqued me and said my habits were: I liked to use lots of dots sticking int he 5-6 range. Also i have lots of space and none of my are cluttered.

First Day of class.

On the first day of wash class my teachers said to me. Create an extension of yourself using only newspaper and masking tape, and it can't be you. It has to be an alternate you either a daydream or a nightmare version of yourself. Since i was already day dreaming my mind went straight to a pokemon trainer. My friend danielle was becoming a dragon and agreed to become my pokemon charizard. It was such a fun way to start class. Soon after the lunch break came and ended. Which after words we began to go over the grueling syllabus lecture. The fun was gone for awhile but being an art class it didn't end there as we began to get into a lecture. We split into groups to show form and my group had to show form by color. So we used our emotions and every one guessed right. The end of day one...twas a good day.
